Mini’s tailor-made asynchronous motor is designed to last over time and boost grinding speed by more than 50% compared to the previous model.

The grinder delivers 2-2.5 g/s (data may vary depending on coffee and grind setting).

The grinder delivers consistent doses, both in weight and particles, ensuring quality at every extraction. Mini can be equipped with two sets of 64mm flat burrs, both designed and manufactured in-house by Mazzer.

233M burrs for rich texture
Mini is standard fitted with 233M bearing steel 64mm flat burrs. These burrs deliver well balanced extractions, nice acidity and a relevant body, particularly suited to cut through milk. The structure of flavours is complex and its intensity stays through the whole experience.

These high-performance special steel burrs stand out for sweet delicate extractions, soft flavours, silky texture, and medium body. They fit well with light roasted coffees as they balance acidity and enhance sweetness.
