Anzac Day morning, absolutely pouring with rain, it’s dark and Melbourians wake to a wintery blast of cold air. It’s 10 degrees and the weather sites say it feels like 6 degrees. I open a fresh can of Tonino Lamborghini beans and make myself my standard caffe latte. Half way through enjoying my coffee it occurs to me that today marks my second year in representing this luxury coffee brand. So I thought to share some coffee tasting notes.

 This Italian-roasted coffee is a blend of arabica beans from Brazil and Ethiopia, with robusta beans from Java to add bite. Should you enjoy an espresso it will have offer a fruity, earthy flavour (think cherries and raisins) and a bittersweet kick, while a flat white will be well rounded and smooth. Also available is their new 100% Arabica coffee called the Santos blend.
